  This project consisted of reverse engineering and re-writing various call centre applications and porting from VB6 to C#, VB.Net and ASP.Net. The project involved the construction of a data warehouse to pull together the disparate systems that were in place and enable reporting to be based on a stable platform. The reporting was achieved through use of SOAP/Web Services using data encryption techniques. The rewritten systems were modelled using UML and Visio.
  
  A data warehouse was developed for the new applications, using OLAP, XML and XSLT.
